At Elegance by Avo, we want you and your pet to love every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at elegancebyavo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for a different design or item of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
